Where do you ship from?
Currently we ship from our Kent Warehouse-
Unit J & K, Acorn Industrial Park,Crayford, Kent, DA1 4FL, United Kingdom
Do you ship to other countries in Europe?
Currently the products could be only shipped to UK. We are constantly working on improving our services and hopefully one day we would be able to offer that service. If you are users in Europe(including North Ireland) countries, please vist: www.maidesite.de to order.
Do you offer FREE shipping?
We offer free shipping for all products. The free shipping policy is only valid within the UK.
Which courier do you support?
We support the courier by DHL usually or Amazon logistics occasionally for most of products, DPD would be for accessories kits.
The whole set of standing desks would be shipped for two packages seperately, one for desk frame and another for table top.
Could we choose the delivery time frame?
At the moment we don't support specific delivery time frame. We are constantly working on improving our services and hopefully one day we are able to offer that service.
Could we choose the certain delivery date?
The delivery date couldn't be selected on a certain date. You could choose to get the products shipped later than a certain date.
Do the couriers install the goods?
Couriers would just deliver the goods to your postal address and they wouldn't install the products. We couldn't offer an installation service currently but we'll gladly help you through the installation process by sending detailed guide including user manual and assembly video.
Do the couriers bring the goods up to apartments/other floors?
Couriers would just deliver the goods to your postal address. They don't bring up goods on different floors.
What is your Estimated Delivery Time?
For all in-stock orders we aim to deliver the goods in 2-5 Business Days, while delivery time would be often quicker or slower. Usually the products would be shipped within 24 hours and get delivered within 2-3 days. This excludes public holidays and weekends. Any order placed on the weekend or public holidays will be shipped on the next business day.
If you choose to order a backordered item and the estimated shipment date will be stated on the product page and please check your email for updates to your order.
We will undertake to use reasonable endeavors to dispatch the Goods within this timescale but we cannot guarantee to do so. Not all products shown on the website are in stock, so delivery time of backordered items may vary.
We use a reputable national courier service to send out all of our boxed delivery items. Ensure you sign for all goods as unchecked so that if in the unlikely event something is damaged, claims can be made from the couriers. Please note that deliveries by our couriers can only be left at your front door, reception or goods inwards.
It is your responsibility to carefully check that all items have been delivered in the correct quantity and to the required specification. Any errors, omissions or damage to items must be notified in writing, within 24 hours of receipt of your delivery, or by the end of the next working day. Any damages, errors or omissions notified to us after this period will not be considered.
What could we do if packages are damaged?
If you find any damages for the delivered packages that might be caused by the courier, please let her/him know! They will help you to fill out a form or add a note to the delivery that the packages are damaged which is handy for the file and makes life much easier for us and the courier.
Shipping Address Modification
As we aim to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, we can't change the shipping address or other details on your order after 9AM (GMT) that day. If you need to make changes, please log in the official website of DPD or DHL to make changes.
When will we get the tracking number?
The products will be picked up by the courier at our warehouse within 24 hours on working days, usually the tracking info will be updated via email on the second or third day after shipment. If there are public holidays and weekends, it would be delayed in delivery.
If you haven't received an email with a tracking number, firstly look at your junk mail folder as the email might go into there. Also, you will receive an email from Maidesite which subject is " Your order has shipped ". If you don't find anything in your junk mailbox, please contact us via email or live chat on the website.
